With OPUM Lab and/or Digital Knee upgrading to a newer version, existing iOS users will encounter an issue with the live data display (goniometer) where it will appear stuck with no animation.
To resolve this issue, the users will need to:
1. forget the connected device within the OPUM Lab mobile app
2. remove the pairing information regarding the device in the system Bluetooth setting
3. restart the OPUM Lab app, reconnect with the device as you would do for a first time connection (Connecting-to-your-phone-for-the-first-time) and normal operation will start
Note: this issue only affects existing iOS users, new iOS users or Android users won’t be affected.
