CAUTION: Re-calibrating your Digital Knee is not recommended and is not usually necessary after initial configuration.
This article provides inforamtion to help you decide if it's necesary for you to re-calibrate your sensor.
The simplest way to check is to visit the Live Data display in the settings page.
As you flex the brace the animation should follow your movements.
Correct operation can be confirmed by:
- fully straighening the brace and observing the animation displaying 0 degrees
- flexing the brace to a right-angle and observing the animation displaying approximately 90 degrees
If the animated leg bends backwards then you should re-calibrate
If the display shows negative numbers then you should re-calibrate
