Throughout the day your phone and sensor will often disconnect and reconnect.
Disconnection can happen for many reasons and is nothing to worry about, more detailed information may be found in the article My Device keeps Disconnecting
The message below is most commonly seen when the App is started and the sensor is NOT turned on or battery is dead.
You have 2 options when this message appears.
1: If your device is charged and ready to go, you can turn on Digital knee sensor and search for it
2: You may simply dismiss this menu by tapping "Maybe Later" and proceed with your program. By completing your activities in the app, your clinical team will still be able to see that you are successfully completing your program
