Your phone connects to the OPUM Digital Knee using Bluetooth; sometimes this connection can be touchy and not work exactly as it should.
This guide walks you through completely resetting the connection between your phone and the OPUM Digital Knee, this should resolve any connection issues.
- Delete/uninstall the OPUM App from your phone (don't worry, your password will be saved and no data will be lost)
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Find your OPUM Digital Knee and forget this connection
- Reset the connection on your OPUM Digital Knee Sensor
