How to restart your myDigitalKnee app

To restart your myDigitalKnee app, it is important to first close it properly.

Fully close the myDigitalKnee

The method may can vary from phone to phone.

If you have an iOS phone, either double-tap the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and then dismiss the app. 

If you have an Android phone, swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. Swipe up on the app. 

Open the myDigitalKnee app as normal by selecting the icon on your phone
